How Double Up Food Bucks Works with CSA Shares

Green Heart Garden is proud to partner with the Oregon Double Up Food Bucks program. This program matches SNAP dollars spent on local produce, doubling their value. When you sign up for a CSA share and pay with SNAP:

You cover 50% of the share cost with your SNAP benefits.

Double Up Food Bucks pays the other 50%.

That means if your share costs $60, you only pay $30 with SNAP while Double Up Food Bucks covers the rest, doubling the value of your food dollars and giving you more fresh, ecologically grown produce.
